Delete your account & data

1. Open High Run Tracker and sign in.
2. Go to My Page (Settings → profile card).
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately deletes your login and all server-side data tied to your account: synced sessions, hands, ranges, tags, profile, community activity, and wallet attributes. Data stored only on your device stays on your device until you uninstall the app.

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from any address and include the email you signed in with (Apple or Google):

support@highrunlabs.com, with the subject Account Deletion Request

We verify ownership of the sign-in email and complete the deletion within 7 days. All account data listed above is removed; records we must keep for fraud prevention or legal compliance (if any) are retained only as long as legally required.

Deleted immediately. Your sign-in and account record; your profile (nickname, handle, gender, age range, poker experience, home venue, bio, wallet address); all synced sessions, hands, saved ranges, tags and player notes; session photos and voice memos stored on our servers; club memberships and follows; notification settings; and the session or hand cards you shared into clubs and direct messages.

Kept, but permanently detached from you. Messages you sent in club chats and direct messages stay visible to the other participants, shown as sent by a deleted user, because a conversation also belongs to the other party. They can no longer be linked back to you. These messages are then removed on our normal schedule: once they are older than 90 days, or once they fall outside the most recent 3,000 messages in that club room or direct-message thread — whichever comes first.

Kept for security and legal compliance. Administrative audit records of moderation actions are retained for 1 year. They record that an action was taken and do not contain your profile data. Content reports that have been actioned or dismissed are deleted 180 days after they were filed.

Never touched. Data stored only on your device — including sessions you never synced, photos and voice memos — is not affected by account deletion and remains on your device until you uninstall the app.
